How does the early adopter offer work?

Standard pricing is $3.99/month. Early adopters lock in at $1.99/month for their first year. This offer is only available during our soft launch window and will be removed once we exit early access.

What happens after the first year?

Standard pricing of $3.99/month kicks in automatically. We'll notify you before any pricing change so there are no surprises.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time from the app or your account settings. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you are never charged. After your trial, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Which TVs are supported?

PiXLMe currently supports Samsung Smart TVs, Apple TV, Sony TVs, and Android TV devices. Check the app store listing for the full and up-to-date compatibility list.

Can I show my own photos on TV?

Yes. Personal photo uploads are included on all plans. Upload your memories from the mobile app and they appear in your TV library alongside curated art collections.
